Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit scalability
- Optimize quantum circuit performance through hybrid classical-quantum workflows
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning models
- Establish industry-leading security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and coherence time enhancement
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing research
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
