Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit stability and error correction breakthroughs
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers to implement quantum solutions
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation techniques
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy demonstrations
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of quantum security implications and mitigation strategies
