Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing systems or advanced classical architectures
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error mitigation techniques
