Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for sensitive data processing
- Conduct performance benchmarking and quantum system validation
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and AI integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or advanced quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and security protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex quantum systems
