Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for industrial applications in cryptography, materials science, and AI optimization
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Advocate quantum standards at IEEE and ISO committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
- Track record of translating quantum theory into commercial solutions
