Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for industrial-scale optimization problems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits with >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026 compliance
- Research qubit stabilization techniques for room-temperature operation
- Collaborate with MIT and IBM quantum research initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
