- Architect cryogenic control systems with sub-10mK temperature stability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum algorithms or architectures
