Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity in quantum states
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with <10ms gate latency
- Create quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for 2026 infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
