Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with >1000 qubit coherence
- Design quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm development for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems integration
- Develop quantum security frameworks post-quantum cryptography era
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposium 2026
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years quantum computing architecture experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in QASM, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in IBM Quantum Experience or Google Quantum AI
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qibo)
