Responsibilities

- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Lead quantum machine learning model development for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
- Present quantum computing solutions to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Shor's algorithm)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
