- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D grants from NSF and DARPA
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 quantum adopters
- Present findings at premier conferences like Q2B and APS March Meeting
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in quantum information science
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 50+ qubit systems
- Strong background in cryptography or materials science applications
- Validated ability to manage $1M+ research budgets
