Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private partners
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
