Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in prototype development
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and academic institutions
- Develop patentable methodologies for quantum error correction optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at international tech symposia and industry forums
- Drive ethical guidelines for responsible quantum technology deployment
- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Quantum Futures' incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience securing government or corporate research grants
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Exceptional leadership skills with 3+ years managing research teams
