Responsibilities
- Architect and execute quantum computing research roadmap aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead development of fault-tolerant quantum processors and novel quantum algorithms
- Establish industry partnerships for real-world quantum application testing and validation
- Mentor quantum research scientists and foster cutting-edge innovation culture

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience leading multi-million dollar quantum research initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
