Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants for quantum advancement
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary quantum hardware innovations
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams with published Nature/Science papers
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Q# programming languages
- Proven track record securing federal quantum research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum supremacy benchmarks and error correction protocols
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Certification in quantum security architecture (QSAC preferred)
