- Mentor junior researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding from DARPA/NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants
