Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and error-correction methodologies for scalable quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate quantum solutions in real-world applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Design and optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era devices using advanced simulation frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge theoretical models with physical implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
