Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Academy initiative
- Secure patents for quantum encryption methodologies
- Collaborate with DARPA on post-quantum standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Science (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Quil programming frameworks
- Published peer-reviewed research on quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
- Expertise in tensor network simulations using TensorFlow Quantum
