Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum processor stability
- Lead research on quantum machine learning applications

- Secure research funding through grant proposals and partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional research teams
