Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Author peer-reviewed research papers and secure patents

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ experience preferred)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published work in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic quantum processors
- Proven ability to secure government research grants
