Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications
- Lead prototyping of 100+ qubit quantum processors in cryogenic environments
- Develop error correction models achieving 99.99% fidelity thresholds
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Coordinate cross-continental quantum network testing with EU/Asia partners
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit optimization (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level assembly for quantum controllers
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
