Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols on multi-qubit systems with error correction
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for practical industry deployment
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at top-tier conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government labs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware platforms
