Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for next-gen encryption systems
- Lead experiments with superconducting qubits at 20mK temperatures
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Publish findings in Nature Physics/Science journals
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum internet standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (2018-2023)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Experience with dilution refrigerators and microwave control systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithms
- Patents in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
