Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $2M+ in quantum research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in quantum algorithms for optimization or simulation
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven ability to secure federal research funding
- Fluency in Python and C++ for quantum-classical hybrid workflows
