Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize algorithms for speed and scalability in high-volume environments.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineering talent to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI and apply cutting-edge techniques to our products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
