Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers to implement cutting-edge algorithms at scale.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and AI ethics compliance.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of innovation.
- Research emerging trends in AI to keep the Project 2026 roadmap ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
