Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Deep expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong background in quantum information theory and many-body systems
- Experience with superconducting qubits or photonic quantum systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in complex multi-variable systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
