Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Knowledge of quantum machine learning and variational quantum algorithms
