Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for commercial optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Develop roadmaps for quantum integration with classical AI systems
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Google, Rigetti)
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor quantum industry trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Contribute to quantum ethics frameworks for responsible deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience presenting complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Strong background in AI/ML integration with quantum systems
