Responsibilities
- Design quantum-safe network architectures supporting 10M+ concurrent quantum-encrypted transactions
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum communication protocols with <0.001% error tolerance
- Optimize quantum resource allocation across distributed edge computing networks
- Implement post-quantum cryptographic standards for critical infrastructure systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm implementation and quantum error correction
- Partner with government agencies on quantum security frameworks for national infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record implementing quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum networking
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum infrastructure projects
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or Google Quantum AI
