Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-enhanced user research protocols using entangled-state behavioral modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive UX frameworks for AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Architect quantum-optimized A/B testing methodologies with sub-millisecond response analysis
- Develop proprietary neuro-quantum feedback loops for real-time interface adaptation
- Establish ethical guidelines for quantum-enhanced behavioral prediction systems
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders using quantum-visualization dashboards
- Collaborate with product teams to implement quantum-validated UX roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 8+ years in UX research with 3+ years in quantum computing environments
- Expertise in quantum-entangled data analysis frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum-human interaction or neuro-quantum interfaces
- Proficiency in neural mapping and biometric quantum correlation analysis
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers across neuroscience and quantum domains
- Certification in Quantum Ethics and Human-Centered AI Design
