Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment procedures, and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital safety policies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
