Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a welcoming smile and assist them in finding products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and safe sales floor.
- Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Handle cash transactions with high accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
