Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with accuracy and care.
- Cross-train in various departments to support team coverage during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
