Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security checks.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile technology.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami location.
