Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and shipment organization.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
- Support the store manager in daily operations and special promotions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
