- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key trends (GenAI, Edge Computing, Quantum) that will define our industry by 2026.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems that support long-term business growth.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to provide actionable insights for product development.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and architects in best practices for future-proof coding and system design.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive leadership and investors.
- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead the migration of existing infrastructure to cloud-native and AI-driven architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan for the long-term (5-10 year horizon) with a focus on emerging tech.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
