Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive architectural blueprint for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to prioritize technical initiatives for the 2026 release cycle.
- System Modernization: Architect and oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for cross-functional teams, translating complex architectural concepts into actionable strategies.
- Technical Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing principles, advanced ML) to determine their applicability to the 2026 roadmap.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product management with a focus on strategic planning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and mentor junior architects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
