Responsibilities
- Develop and audit ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias mitigation and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development practices
- Establish compliance protocols for evolving AI regulatory landscapes (2026+)
- Create audit trails for AI system decision-making processes
- Collaborate with policy teams on industry ethics standards development
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI experience
- Expertise in fairness/ethics toolkits (AIF360, Fairlearn, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Proven track record implementing explainable AI (XAI) in production systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills in Python with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and adversarial testing
- Publications or contributions to AI ethics research preferred
