Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in the research and development of next-generation systems.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate novel technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive culture, and manage conflict effectively.
