Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and art directors to ensure visual storytelling aligns with strategic goals.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-platform compatibility (web, iOS, Android).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and implement innovative techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers within the creative team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of animation principles, timing, and easing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Experience with vector-based animation and typography is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
