Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
