Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure visual assets align with strategic brand messaging.
- Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver assets on strict deadlines.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive style guide and animation libraries.
- Conduct research on emerging motion trends to keep our output fresh and innovative.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers within the creative team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a 2D Motion Designer or similar creative role.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of motion styles and animation techniques.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and easing principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
