Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple platforms and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into intuitive, functional user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, critique, and continuous growth within the team.
- Create visually stunning presentations and pitch decks to communicate design strategies to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar creative role.
- Proven expertise in designing complex web and mobile applications with a focus on micro-interactions and animation.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and participating in sprint planning.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
