Role Overview
You will be responsible for the creation of high-fidelity 2D animations, visual effects, and motion design assets for digital advertising, social media, and web experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the intersection of art and technology.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-impact 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure creative vision is technically executable.
- Manage the entire production pipeline, from initial sketches and storyboards to final render and delivery.
- Optimize animations for performance across various devices and platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and 2D animation.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in vector animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and composition.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and WebGL is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
