Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable MLOps pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
- Oversee model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation to ensure high accuracy and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
