Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of large-scale language models and multimodal AI systems.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
