Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, focusing on fairness, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level machine learning models at scale.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
