Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and space exploration
- Develop long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2030+ societal transformation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
