Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research emerging AI trends and evaluate their feasibility for integration into the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor high-performing teams.
